PERT Analysis Using MS Project

Use of the PERT analysis capability native to MS Project is a variant of Critical Path Analysis that takes a more skeptical view of the time needed to complete each project stage.

This session will review PERT analysis from both Project Management and Planning perspectives, demonstrate how to enable PERT analysis within MS Project, and illustrate, by example, the use of PERT analysis.

Presented by Scott Brunton – Scott is a Senior Consultant with Lewis & Fowler (www.lewisandfowler.com) currently providing Planning support to a local defense subcontractor for the NASA Orion Program.  He has delivered years of experience in the DoD proposal management and commercial engineering/business development & analysis domains.  Scott holds Masters Degrees in Business Administration and Electrical Engineering, is PMP and Six Sigma Greenbelt certified, and referees ice hockey as a hobby.

An Email with the Live Meeting information will be sent the day prior to the event to the email you register under.
