As our society becomes more diverse, our consumer populations across settings reflect a growing diversity in the faces and lives of those we serve.  This presentation will explore the many challenges in honoring cultural diversity with an emphasis on developing skills for promoting cultural competence in order to increase the quality of services.

2. To be able to defne the concept of ethical sensitivity
3. To be able to state at least 3 principles and virtues as an overall guide to the behavior of all professionals
4. To be able to recognize obstacles to ethical decision making
5. To be able to develop a plan of action for ethical decision making
