 We will use Stephen Covey’s “First Things First” Time Management Matrix as a model. Covey explains that most people are driven by the concept of urgency. However, to really effect positive change in our lives, we need to reorganize the way we spend our time based on the concept of importance, not urgency.

Exercises in our time management webinar include looking at how you spent your time yesterday and how you will spend it tomorrow and in the days, weeks, months, and years ahead.  You will put together a to-do list and an action plan for using the skills and knowledge you learned in our time management webinar.

Our Time Management Webinar is interactive with exercises and ability to ask questions throughout.
