Event Details

Drupal For NGOs is a series of events aimed at empowering NGOs to implement and manage their websites by knowing which modules to use and how to configure them. Each event will cover a topic in detail, showcase recent projects, and feature a Drupal question and answer session.

We have room for 55 attendees, if all tickets are taken please add yourself to the waiting list.

Drupal

Out of the box Drupal provides a rich toolset to manage the content and behaviour of your website, and is used by organisations such as Amnesty International, Comic Relief, Greenpeace, and Oxfam to quickly create sophisticated and scalable websites.

Drupal is also framework for rapid development, so new features can be quickly added by installing a plug in from a library of existing modules, and there is an wide range of features available.

Presentations

Presentations will start at 6:30pm.

Food, Drink, and Prizes

There will be free pizza and drinks, plus various prizes will be given away including Drupal books from  Packt Publishing, t-shirts, stickers, and Drupal Gardens heads from Acquia.

Pub After Event

We will move to a pub after the last presentation at 9 p.m.

Mark Baker is an Open Source sales and marketing expert.

Robert Castelo is a director at Code Positive, a Drupal London consultancy with a long history of involvement in the Drupal community.
