Dr. Watts is a Professor in the Department of Management, Marketing, and Logistics at John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. He received his BSBA and MBA from Bowling Green State University and his DBA from Indiana University. He has published research that many publications. He conducts research and consults in the areas of supplier development, purchasing and materials management, supply chain management, warehouse location and rationalization, scheduling in service and manufacturing organizations and the TOC thinking process.

Osama is a multi-skilled, highly qualified and experienced professional knowing how to improve business unit that he manage and how to deal with Government, consumers and many kinds of organizations, with extensive experience in marketing, sales, business development, Project Management, operations, customer service, pre sales, training and support. his experience is well complimented by the numerous certifications in relevant areas. What gives him an additional edge is his proficiency in many areas and his personal logical thinking.
