Patricia Borne, executive coach, communications consultant and principal of CEO Resources, Inc.,

  • International trainer/executive coach for U. S. corporations in England and Austria.

Barbara Aras has taken her leadership experience in top-level corporate positions and has consulted with, trained, and coached with well over 100 organizations in healthcare, life and health insurance, manufacturing, ecommerce, retail grocery, professional services, and education sectors. Her experience has been in both profit and not-for—profit sectors.

  • As a consultant, she has created curriculum and taught courses on leadership, credibility and decision-making, management skills and communication skills.
  • Her degrees are from Northwestern University and University of Dayton School of Law. She has coached executives in multi-national organizations with individuals whose responsibilities crossed many cultures. Her experience with diverse cultures has been life-long.
  • In addition to corporations, she has done extensive work with women in business, most notably by starting the chapter of the Women Presidents Organization in Cincinnati, the premier multi-national organization coaching women-owned businesses of $2M + in revenue. She has been recognized for her work in promoting and assisting women in business.
