Explore old growth trees, 4 amazing waterfalls (Lower & Upper Horsetail, Oneonta, & Triple Falls), and lots of native wild flowers in an easy hike/walk in the Gorge. We'll focus on connecting with the beauty and stillness of nature. Meet 10 am at Manifest NE Studio. Bring a bag lunch and water. We'll car pool, so please let us know if you're coming to the studio by bike/mass transit or if you're willing to drive yourself & others (and how many others you can handle in your car). Please let us know your cell phone number so we can reach you if you. You can negotiate your return time with your car mates. Most of us will stay out until 3 or 4 pm so we'll have plenty of time to really connect with the amazing eco-systems these waterfalls & gorges create.
CO-FACILITATORS: David Barts (Pulakli), who is a barefoot naturalist & native plant specialist, and Bart Church, who loves to facilitate mindfulness in the forest (stillness & flow).
