This powerful Facilitative Leadership® workshop will strengthen the relationship between leadership and participation, offering a proven method for turning obstacles into opportunities. Unique to our program, participants will explore indigenous wisdom and local village leadership that promises extraordinary opportunities for global learning that will shape your future as a committed global leader. Seven Leadership Practices provide a framework for improving the effectiveness of a team, project and organizational leadership. Workshop participants will learn how great leaders inspire commitment and make people feel they are part of a larger, more meaningful effort.
