Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note that any of the Day Programs or Seminars produced by Stiglitzgroup and OLMAYA is non-refundable.

1)   If you wish to entirely Cancel your participation for any of the Stiglitzgroup and OLMAYA day programs or seminar events, note that your deposit payment of £175.00 (One hundred and seventy five pounds) is non-refundable

2)   If you have paid the full amount and wish to Cancel your participation in the unforeseen case that you cannot attend. You will receive a Full Refund as only Transferable Credit towards any of our future events produced by Stiglitzgroup and OLMAYA

3)   Any of our evening events under £100.00 (One hundred pounds) at all time is non-refundable. However you may use it only as transferable credit towards our future events. Or you may choose to speak to an event manager about future events produced by Stiglitzgroup and OLMAYA

To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
