Lucid NYC is Your Inspiration Oasis

At Lucid NYC, we're really good at 2 things:  1.  Bringing together New York's best, brightest and hottest folks for evenings of inspiration and good times. 2. Beleaguering metaphors and analogies.  Come out March 2nd for #1 and in  spite of #2.

We've just added our 3rd presenter, Brian Schechter, co-founder of the innovative dating site Howaboutwe. We also have stove-maker Jonathan Cedar and giver-of-stuff Michael Mandiberg (all bios below). We'll have live jazz from We Three Strings from Music for Tomorrow for the first hour.

So come out next Wednesday to rally in our streets, drink for our oasis pool or concoct your own pan-Egyptian metaphor.  See you there!

Brian Schechter Brian Schechter secretly wants to be a theorist for the new Humanism. Starting a business seemed like an essential first step. Shcechter grew up in Newton, MA., down the street from Aaron Schildkrout - the other Co-Founder of HowAboutWe. Between 16 and 20, he became passionate about urban education, theology and all-things fun. From 20-30, he dove in to these passions, leaving all-things fun to the side more often than not. At 31, he started working on HowAboutWe with Aaron. And now, to his constant surprise, he is passionate about getting people to know about HowAboutWe - the only dating site out there he'd want to use.
