In 1932, Eric Hoffer observed that, "In a time of drastic change, it is the learners who inherit the future. The learned usually find themselves equipped to live in a world that no longer exists."
Ours is a time of profound change in which the weak will fall farther behind, and the gap will continue to widen. Ours is also a time that holds the seeds of almost unlimited opportunities for those with the vision, courage, and ability to seize them; a time for those who master learning to learn.
