Event Details

The Chinese Culture Center annually offers four sessions of Weekday Intermediate Mandarin class for adults. For the fall session, there will be 10 weeks of classes.

The Adult Mandarin Class teaching style is interactive with an emphasis on spoken language for practical use, and some character learning. The teacher is a native of China, and an experienced, professional teacher with a degree in language education from Peking University. This is an enthusiastic teacher who makes learning fun for students of all levels. Weekday Intermediate Adult Mandarin class emphasizes conversational Mandarin basics, Chinese cultural practices, and some essential characters.

Weekday Intermediate Adult Mandarin Class schedule: September 30, 2008 - December 18, 2008, every Tuesday & Thursday (break on the week of Columbus Day, October 14&16, and the week of Thanksgiving, November 25 & 27), 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm Tuition: $350 per person for CCC members and $375 for non-CCC members ALL CLASSES ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
