With over 25 years in business, and more than a decade in leadership roles for recruitment process outsourcing, talent management consulting and recruiter training firms, Ami has developed an unique perspective seen through the prism of employers, recruiters, candidates and vendors.
In his current role as an innovator, advisor and coach Ami continues to focus on how to improve the overall experience and outcomes for everyone involved in the recruiting process.
Ami has been involved in creating and delivering training and development programs for recruiters, sales teams and leadership for close to 15 years. His approach is designed to help folk connect with the subject matter in ways that makes sense to them personally and corporately, accelerating their growth and enjoyment.
Ami writes daily for a number of online publications that examine recruiting, business and innovation. He is the Editor for RecruitingBlogs.com and a contributing editor on Recruiting.com. Ami also sits on the Advisory Board for Kennedy Information’s Recruiting Trends and is a member of the Human Capital Institute’s Expert Advisor Panel - Internet Recruiting 2.0.

BROWN BAG RECRUITER is a training experience, an experiment, a work in progress. It is meant to meet the needs of local recruiters who want to learn new things, meet new friends and improve their overall effectiveness.
Food for the Mind, Body and Spirit
We meet regularly for a couple of hours in West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and/or Miami to network, share a meal and move through the curriculum.
Full-day workshops, recruiter clinics and online events are regularly scheduled as part of the mix.
One-on-one or on-site support, training and/or coaching is available if it’s needed.
How Much Does it Cost?
The ongoing cost for participation is whatever it takes to rent the room, buy the food and tip the help. Typically, $18.00 per person, per session. Our sponsors and friends pay the freight for everything else.
Training materials and worksheets are free to download from the website after each meeting to keep in your workbook. Additional reference materials and resources are regularly posted on the site.
Full-day workshops and other events are priced separately. In keeping with our mission to make excellent training accessible and affordable, whenever possible, our sponsors help cover some of the expenses.
