Event Details

#KittenCamp is a meet-up for web-loving, ad industry type people to chat memes, drink free beer and generally share some kitten love.

On Tuesday 22 February, from 6.30pm onwards #KittenCamp is coming to the The Victoria in Birmingham for an evening of viral goodies featuring guest slots from David Edmundson-Bird, Director of Executive Programmes & Course Leader MSc in Digital Marketing Communications at Manchester Met Uni, and Myles Mcleod, Animation Writer and Director of The Brothers McLeod.

The format for the evening has 3 parts:

  • Show and tell of the top memes of the month, (please share any ideas via #KittenCamp on Twitter).
  • Super awesome guest slots: David Edmundson-Bird, 'My view of British memes since 2000'/ Myles Mcleod, 'Viral Highlights from The Brothers McLeod'.
  • We’ll then be doing some chatting and drinking.

 #kittencamp = memes + music + beer + fun

(Venue: The Victoria, 48 John Bright Street, Birmingham, B1 1BN)
