Event Details
The Chorale welcomes the Hartt School choruses and Symphony Orchestra, the Connecticut Children's Chorus and special guest conductor Edward Cumming ot the Hartford Symphony Orchestra, for a portrayal of humanity's quest for inner strength. The program includes Stravinsky's Symphony of Psalms led by Maestro Cumming; and Brahm's Schicksalied (Song of Destiny) and the choral conclusion of Mahler's Symphony #2, "Ressurection", conducted by the Chorale's Music Director, Maestro Bolkovac.
This third concert in our "Season of Giving", will benefit New Haven's Neighborhood Music School.
Note that students are admitted free of charge.
