Accident Investigation and Injury Management Programs (or how to stop wasting money!)
This workshop focuses on the benefits and techniques of effective accident investigation programs. Also discussed are programs and techniques that help to reduce the total cost associated with accidents and losses.
Subjects covered will include: accident investigation processes, interview techniques, communication with injured employees, medical treatment for injured employees, selecting and working with an occupational treatment facility, transitional return-to-work programs, handling late-reported claims, and damage control.
