Event Details
This is the place to register as a chaperone for the LDS Priest/Laural Formal.
Chaperones should arrive at the event 30 minutes before stanrt time to receive final assignments and attend a chaperone meeting. Specific assignments and schedule will be emailed out two days before the event. Chaperones can expect assignments in the following areas rotating approximately every hour:
- Registration
- Greeters/Entrance
- Parking Lot Attendees
- Exterior Doors/Exits
- Purse and Coat Check-In
- Photography
- Beverage
All chaperones MUST register individually (not as a couple).
Remember, registering as a chaperone is not a guarantee that ou will be attending the event. due to venue capacity the chaperones will be limited to Stake Leaders and Bishops (and their spouses).
