"Developing your Capacity to Influence"

 

 To achieve our personal and organisational goals, as managers and business owners, irrespective of the size of our organisation or department, we have to master the art of working with and through others.

 

Influencing others so that they willingly contribute to the development of our services or products, become and remain loyal customers, open doors for us and advocate on our behalf is a critical part of this collaborative process.

 

Dee Springer will examine how managers and business owners can build their capacity to influence others to effect growth and positive results.

 

Dee Springer

 

Founder of Mi Tiempo, Dee has over 30 years’ experience in managing organisations and delivering management Consultancy to business leaders and the public sector.  Her key areas of expertise are in strategic planning and leadership development. Dee was appointed by John Major as one of the 8 person committee set up to advice on the action Government should take to develop London’s Social and Economic infrastructure, and she has also provided assistance to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, Ministry of Defence, Commission for Racial Equality and a number businesses in the private sector.
