Pole Position This is the ULTIMATE Full body workout! Learn to spin, twist, and twirl your way to a great body!

The Pole works the arms, back, legs, abdominals, and muscles you did not know you had. On top of all that, its fun! 

Build lean muslces, burn calories, and look FABULOUS as you learn to WORK THE POLE!  All levels and sizes welcome (our poles can handle you we promise).
