Learn about the best foods that pack the highest nutrient density for your buck! Incorporating these foods into your daily and weekly diet will have you feeling better, losing weight and feeding your body, mind and soul for improved sleep, cellular function, anti-aging and vitality. A sampling of some of these foods are: wild salmon, almonds, pomegranates...but there are many many more. The foods will be discussed along with each of their superfood qualities. Speaker will also offer recipe suggestions and recommendations on where to buy the foods. A sample tasting of one of the recipes distributed will also be provided. Note this event is two hours.
