Imagine your body and your life like a symphony orchestra playing exquisitely, every cell in your body in a coherently rhythm, dancing at the same frequency.
 
“The Symphony Within” will be an experiential workshop guiding you thorough lessons in how to shift the way you play your symphony and create your exquisite life.
 
Part one: "The Meditation” Rev Lee Wolak and Master Donna Collins will teach you to manage your internal chemistry literally, heart beat by heart beat in less than a minute. You will learn about your hearts own intelligence, an intelligence that is cooperative. Part one will include lessons in HeartMath, a Meditation and an interactive demonstration of what occurs when you and the community you are with are in concert with each other.
 
Part two: "The Inspiration” with Jim Bunch using peace as the central focus, Jim will guide you through the nine environments of life. Gandhi said “Be the change you wish to see in the world”.  It’s time to move this from a theory into a practical reality as our planet transforms. Using skills from Ultimate Game of Life we will create a community of people who are willing to redesigning their lives to live in the present with their true purpose; Happiness, Health, and Wealth.

Part three: Closing - a walking meditation - the labyrinth walk with your new purpose.
