COST:

Early Bird Registration: $215/person

Regular Registration:  $225/person 

Late Registration: $250/person

Deposit for 5 ticket: $500/group

CAMPERS:

Camper forms needed:
-Ponderosa Camper Registration Form
-Ponderosa Recreation Release Form
-Physical - current (within last 24 months) 

All youth campers must have a current physical- signed by a doctor.

 SPONSORS:

Sponsor forms needed:
-Ponderosa Recreation Release Form
-Group Registration Form filled out by Youth/Group Leader.
-Submitted Background Check
              Sponsors need a current background check. We will provide this service for a small fee, if needed.

 Deadlines for Registration forms:

Week 1:

 Group Forms and Background Check Forms are due Monday, June 13 (fax/email to 303.771.6272 or HBrown@ColoradoBaptists.org) T-shirt sizes, gender and grade completed are REQUIRED on Group Form.

Week 2:

Group Forms and Background Check Forms are due Tuesday, July 5th (fax/email to 303.771.6272 or HBrown@ColoradoBaptists.org) T-shirt sizes, gender and grade completed are REQUIRED on Group Form.
