AEP Facilitator Training
This train-the-trainer session is for facilitators for pilot AEP sessions which will bring together MCFD and licensed adoption agency families
This program will be held on Friday, July 11, 2008
Details:
Look for a large "MCFD" sign & maroon doors. Please park only in an MCFD-marked space in the regional Parking Lot, or in the gravel area. This location is wheelchair accessible.
AFABC is a non-profit organization that provides province-wide support services and information to people who are beginning to think about adoption, people who have decided to adopt, and those who have already had a child or children join their family. AFABC also plays a significant role in promoting awareness of the thousands of BC children in the care of the Ministry of Children and Family Development, who are waiting for a family.
AFABC was started around a kitchen table in 1977 by a small group of adoptive parents who needed to share ideas, information, and support.
