Mr. Jordan began his career with Wal-Mart as a part-time associate in 1985.  Currently he serves as the Senior Divisional Vice President over the Eastern Seaboard Division which includes North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware. Mr. Jordan rose through the ranks, serving as a Department Manager, Assistant Manager, Store Manager and District Manager before being named Director of Wal-Mart Neighborhood Markets. In this capacity, he played an integral role launching a new grocery store format for Wal-Mart.
