TasteTV hosts Riviera, a limited edition pop-up dining experience at Rigolo Cafe in San Francisco.

During Riviera, Rigolo's ambience and menu are transformed into an alternate and underground luxury dining experience.

A POP-UP RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE

At Riviera, diners will taste a standalone menu created and designed by Rigolo Chef Gambardella, inspired by the fresh ingredients of Northern California and the flavors of the South of France and Barcelona.

Guests to Riviera will enjoy a delicious and innovative three-course meal, with optional gourmet wine and port pairings. 

The December 18th Riveria Holiday menu includes:

Amuse Bouche

Duck liver pate on toasted brioche with black truffle

1st Course:

Roasted Fennel Soup with local Dungeness Crab

Pan Seared scallop with shaved black truffle and wild mushroom ragu

Salad Lyonnaise – Frisee (curly endive), bacon lardoons, Petaluma Farms Poached Organic Egg, walnut vinaigrette, shaved black truffles

2nd Course:

Local Halibut pan seared and served over artichoke heart risotto and garnished with Bolinas Dungeness crab salad

“Duck L’Orange” seared Petaluma Farms duck breast and confit leg, Button Willow mandarins, Coke Farms baby beets, and rainbow swiss chard

Snake River Farms Kobe style beef sirloin, chanterelle mushroom ragout, fingerling potatoes, pink peppercorn bourbon sauce

3rd Course

Warm chocolate fallen cakes with vanilla chantilly cream

Greek yogurt Panna Cotta with aged fig balsamic vinegar and pomegranate seeds
