Event Details

Due to the hotel being purchased by a major hotel chain and that they plan to renovate during the beginning part of March, we are forced to reschedule the show for a later date. The new show dates are July 31 - August 2, 2009. The show will still take place with the same hotel.

As a added bonus we are offering a limited run discount on our show tickets. Please add this discount code before ordering your tickets.

*Memberships purchased online will not be mailed directly to you. Instead we will provide you an email confirmation letter. The confirmation email will allow you to pickup your badge from the special pre-reg section of registration desk area. Badge pickup will be available starting as early as Thursday March 5, 2009 at 7pm. Registration hours will be posted later as we get closer to the actual show dates. Hello everyone!

Unforeseen circumstances have come together that are causing us to make a change that will now move our show to July 31-Aug 2, 2009. There are renovations being done at our convention hotel that would have limited the space needed for our show. Instead of losing a good portion of our space we decided to move the date so that we would be able to utilize all the space we needed to put on an incredible and entertaining show for you. While we would have preferred to keep our original date this now gives us the ability to bring you a great summer show. This will also allow us to accommodate fans who normally wouldn’t be able to attend a 3-day con during the school year. We apologize to our fans that were looking forward to our original dates, but we hope to see you at our show July 31-Aug 2, 2009.
