WHAT IS INSTANT FILMS?
If you haven't heard about it, what happens is that on Friday night eight writers draw topics out of a hat. The next morning the writers each deliver a script for a short Science Fiction film. Eight directors then pick one of the scripts and randomly pick a cast from the (incredibly talented and good looking) pool of actors. The newly assembled team then goes out and makes a movie as fast as they can, delivering a finished product by 7PM Sunday night. That is when you come and be part of the intelligent and attractive audience. At 8pm there is a screening and awards and celebration follows. There's a bar and music and fun along with 8 world premieres!
