This is a day course designed to give you confidence in handling, cooking, preparing and choosing a variety of fish.
Enjoy demonstrations of the dishes to be cooked, here are some examples:
- Curing fish – Gravadlax with mustard and dill sauce.
- Filleting fish – Sea Bass with lemon and basil sauce.
- Roasted halibut on a bed of petit pois a la francaise.
- Avocado, prawn and mango salad.
This course begins at 10.00am and ends at 3.30pm.
All dishes prepared on our courses will serve 4 people and will be yours to take home.
