Grab your mittens because ZOOM Excursions is joining up with DC Ice Breakers and 10 other area social groups for an evening of ice skating followed by a social hour. This event will be held at the Capitals Iceplex in Arlington (less than 10 min. from DC). You have the choice to join in on the fun and skate the night away or socialize while watching all the wonderful skaters.
We'll start out at the Capitals Iceplex on top of the mall parking garage, for an hour of casual skating. Then, it’s on to Bailey’s Pub (in the mall) for our social hour. FREE use of pool tables, drink specials and dinner available for purchase.
*Note: There is a nominal fee (about $10) charged to be paid per individual skater if you choose to ice skate with the group.
Parking: $1 for the evening in mall parking lot.
METRO: Take the Orange Line to Ballston. It's a short walk to the Iceplex on the North/East corner of the Ballston Common Shopping Center.
