Event Details
This class fulfills the homebuyer education requirement for first time homebuyer programs in Minnesota. Check with your loan officer to determine who needs to attend for your required program.
This is an 8 hour class with a one hour break for lunch on your own.
Dress comfortably for the day.
Complimentary coffee and donuts are served at the beginning of class.
Please arrive by 8:00 a.m. Late arrivals will have to arrange to make up the time in order to receive their certificate.
Certificates will be issued at the end of class.
