Literary Supper packages
We would recommend that you give yourself at least ONE HOUR for dining prior to the tour beginning at 7.30 pm
and TWO HOURS for group bookings and pre-suppers at The Café Royal. The total price for your literary lunch or
supper is inclusive of the tour cost. On receipt of your booking reference, the bar staff at both The Café
Royal or The Ensign Ewart will issue you with a ticket for the tour. From there, all you have to do is
sit down and relax, enjoy your meal and prepare yourself for an award-winning, dramatised literary tour of
Edinburgh - against one of the most spectacular and historical back-drops in the world – recently awarded the
first ever title: UNESCO “City of Literature”!
Please be advised that we require a minimum of two days notice for all literary lunch and supper packages.(unless by special arrangement over the telephone).
For confirmation on the day, please give the respective pub a print out of your bookings page and give
the name used to confirm your booking through our site if it is different to that on the booking form.
NB:
No refunds will be issued for any reason whatsoever, once the booking request has been confirmed by
The Scottish Literary Tour Trust and subsequently relayed to the client. If we are fully booked on
the date of your preferred literary dining package and are unable to accommodate your request or
able to secure an acceptable alternative, we will issue a full refund to your credit card company
within 24 hours. Please note that places on The Edinburgh Literary Pub & Bus Tours may still be available,
irrespective of dining capacity at either The café Royal or the Ensign Ewart.
*NB please note all literary lunch and supper packages
are inclusive of the tour price.
