One of the problems that many recruiters grapple with is information overload. Another is having quick access to practical training which can be immediately applied. Yet another problem is finding time to make best use of the time we have!

Our BROWN BAG RECRUITER Lunchtime Webinar Snacks are designed to deliver "chunk-sized" training, easy to grab-on-the-go and just as easy to digest -- never more than 10-minutes!

The lessons are practical and can be put to use right away. 

Session goals

1. Share the basics of Boolean search. You will see how simple search strings are constructed and how they can be used to find resumes and other leads posted on the web.
   
   
2. Focus on finding engineering and technical talent with an emphasis on identifying diversity candidates. However, the techniques can be applied to any skill set and/or location.
   
   
3. Provide access to additional free resources including self-paced study guides, tutorials, videos and research.
   
   
4. To do all this in 10-minutes or less!
