She has more than 20 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice having worked for one of the big 4 international audit firms as well as a renowned law firm in Singapore. During this period, she has helped many start-ups, medium sized companies as well as multi-national corporations from various industries to meet their statutory obligations under the Companies Act. Vanessa is an associate member of the Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Currently, she is the company secretary of several private limited companies as well as a few public companies limited by guarantee.
