Marketing needs Sales to be successful and vice versa. Why does it still feel like we’re at cross purposes? Where does Marketing’s job end and Sales’ job begin?

Sales is the guardian of the customer relationship – they have the most intimate knowledge of individual customer and prospect needs. They know where they are at in the sales process and can easily describe the relationship with any particular customer or prospect. Marketing can access customers and consumers more readily and realize a meaningful ROI when they capitalize on Sales’ knowledge and super-charge Sales’ activities.

In our session we will:
  • Examine the promise of sales and marketing integration;
  • Look under the rocks for evidence of strong sales and marketing integration in action;
  • Inquire about what Marketing wants from Sales and vice versa; and
  • Explore best practices for a friendly and fruitful relationship between Marketing and Sales

What can you as a senior marketer do to get more out of your relationship with Sales? Find out on April 17, 2008. Take this opportunity get new ideas on what you can start doing now.
