Event Details

This year's retreat theme is "Brilliance: Stepping Into Your Light".  As women, we often hold in our light for fear of exposure, embarrassment, or shining too bright.  Meanwhile, our male counterparts are getting the promotions, raises, and publicity that we know we equally deserve.  At this retreat, we will help you identify the unique attributes that make you brilliant and empower you with confidence to shine your light more brightly in public and interpersonal situations.

At this 2.5 day event in the beautiful Marin Headlands right next to the ocean, we'll feature speakers, coaches, and workshops focused on self expression and personal development.  As we delve into personal branding and leadership, we'll also explore the ways that shining our own lights helps encourage and illuminate others.  From the inside out, we'll discover our brilliance.

Click here for the full program. We will also have down time to connect with other awesome YWSEs and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings, take walks on the beach, and just enjoy time away from our regular lives.  The retreat price includes lodging and 6 meals (Friday dinner through Sunday lunch).

This is YWSE-SF's signature event and this year we've added an additional night to the program, creating more opportunities for learning, experiencing, and engaging with a group of inspirational women.  Register today as space is very limited, and this is an event you don't want to miss!

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? … And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”   – Marianne Williamson
