Former D1 Volleyball star and CrossFit's 2012 18th fittest woman Azadeh Boroumand, has teamed up with former NFL star strong safety Siddeeq Shabazz to give their guidance on nutrition from the years of experience both personal and with the hundreds of clients they've worked with. Azadeh is a Level 1 Certified CrossFit coach and a YourDay Life Style coach, with a passion for empowering women through both fitness, and life style/nutrition coaching. Siddeeq is an ISSA certified trainer and YourDay Life Style coach who shares a similar passion around empowering individuals. With their differing life experiences, athetic backgrounds, and synergy around the YourDay holistic approach to health and wellness, the nutrition seminar has proven to be an eye opening experience, with a wealth of knowledge and detailed practices to create abundant results for those wiling to look at food on a deeper level.
