Your Food, Your Vote: A Candidate Forum for State Assembly District 17

Please join us for a food-focused forum with the two candidates for State Assembly District 17 (central and eastern San Francisco). David Campos and David Chiu, both currently serving on the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, will share their perspectives on food security, urban farming, sustainability, and other food and agriculture policy issues as they relate to San Francisco and California. The forum will include prepared questions as well as questions from the audience, moderated by Jason Mark of Earth Island Journal.
Doors open at 6:30, forum begins promptly at 7.
CUESA (Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture) is dedicated to cultivating a sustainable food system through the operation of farmers markets and educational programs.
