Adding essential oils into your yoga practice deepens and expands your yoga experience with just a few powerful drops. Like yoga, essential oils are both simple and complex in nature. A single oil can be used for a specific intended purpose, but also address a multitude of other aspects of healing, both physically, emotionally and spiritually.
When we add the natural, harmonizing earth element of plants into our practice through the use and application of essential oils, we enhance the experience by bringing in the unique aroma and powerful healing energy of the plant. The oils assist us in balancing the mind, body and spirit and accelerate your ability to overcome the mind through the body.
Essential Oils will also be diffused in the room to set the mood and tone. Specific essential oils will be used throughout the practice for grounding, centering and calming.
When & Where
Carol is a Holistic Chef, Health Coach and doTerra Wellness Advocate. She teaches people to use food as their medicine and to bring mindfulness into their daily lives. Through dietary improvements; stress management techniques such as yoga and meditation and the use of essential oils, Carol provides her clients with the tools of empowerment they need to reach a state of optimal health and balance.
Her private chef clients have ranged from those healing from late stage cancer; to yoga teacher trainees; international celebrities; politicians; and everyday folk hosting dinner parties. She teaches healthy cooking classes to children and adults alike; has taught a culinary boot camp for cancer survivors; and given lectures about the healing properties of a plant based diet.
Carol's mission is to inspire people to create life lasting positive change in their lives using simple tools accessible to all and to make this planet a more peaceful place to live, one person at a time.
