Yoga nidra is a scientific approach to relaxation. It systematically deprograms tension from the most gross to the most subtle layers of our body and mind. Yoga nidra is a unique state of restful awareness. In 50 minutes, the nidra process can restore the nervous system as if you acquired four hours of sleep.
Suggestion: Wear warm clothing or bring a light blanket.
We notify participants in advance if workshops are cancelled due to low enrollment. If you register for a workshop and then cannot attend please call 387-3263 to cancel. Late arrivals may not be allowed in workshops. Student parking is NOT available at Sindecuse Health Center for these workshops.
