Yoga, Isolations and Drills Workshop

This 4 hour workshop will include:
1. A short Viniyoga practice at the beginning and end of class to both prepare and compensate for the drills used in class.
2. Simple and high energy drills focusing on the clean execution of fundamental shapes in Belly Dance.
3. If time permits, one or more combinations using the movements drilled in class.
This class will focus on the simple, clean and relaxed, and could be considered physically challenging.
Please bring comfortable stretchy layers for warming up and cooling down. All levels are welcome.
