Yoga For Stress Relief

Enjoy an evening yoga class with certified yoga teacher, Lindsay Taflas. In this one-time class, we will use yoga postures, breathing techniques, music and guided meditation to practice being more fully present in this moment. All too often the human mind can be consumed with worried thoughts of the future and the past. Mindful practices, such as yoga, give us the tools to break free of this cycle of worry and help us to find a stillness and peace that is always present within, despite the chaotic world around us! Please wear comfortable clothing that allow for free and easy movement. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats, however there will be some available. Namaste.
