Join Damon from DamonFIT.com for a cycling specific Yoga workshop that will focus on bringing balance, flexibility and strength to the areas of the body that are key to on-bike performance, post ride stress reduction and injury prevention.
During the workshop you’ll learn:
- How to release, restore and renew your body
- How to awaken strength and power within your core
- How Yoga is one of the single best cross-training tools available to Cyclists
It’s only $40* to attend and the Yoga routines practiced during the workshop will be emailed to you following the workshop so you can continue stretching and flexing your way to a better ride long after the course is over.
