Join us for a fun, friendly, and FREE Yoga for Beginners class! The class is perfect for anyone able-bodied and open-minded, ages 10 and up, who's always wanted to try Yoga. If you've always been curious, but might have been a bit intimidated at the thought of sticking your foot behind your ear (don't worry: you don't have to!), now's your chance to give it a try and see what all the fuss is about.
The atmosphere of this class will be casual and fun, differing week-by-week depending on the moods and energy of the people who attend. The class, led by instructor Beth Henke, will run weekly for 8 sessions Join us for one, for all, or a few in between. Whatever works for you!
Yoga for Beginners is FREE and open to the public. The dates for this series are:
