YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
Six week series begin Sunday, January 5, 2013.
3:00pm - 5:00pm - 15 spaces available
Sessions: Jan. 5, 12, 19, 26 and Feb. 2 and 9.
Fee: $120.00 series only;
Yoga Starter Kit (mat, carrying bag, strap & 2 foam blocks) Available for Additional Fee of $45
$20 discount available for current Class Pass holders or returning students from the 2013 Beginner Series
Begin your own practice of transformation. If you have been curious about yoga but did not want to walk into a class without any experience, this is the workshop for you. This six session workshop teaches the basics of yoga in a welcoming and non-intimidating environment. This course will include expert instruction in breathing techniques, meditation and yoga postures.

Balance Wellness Studio offers services including massage, skin care, and acupuncture, and classes including yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Feldenkrais, and Medicine Dance. Special workshops in Yamuna Body Rolling and Zentangle are also currently being offered.
