Do you have a compelling elevator pitch? People often think of the elevator pitch as something you use when you’re interviewing for a new job or trying to launch a new venture. The elevator pitch, however, is no less important once you’ve got the job as it is when you’re looking. In fact, your personal 30 or 60-second spiel about who you are, how you’re different, and why you’re memorable is arguably more important once you’ve landed that great position.
If you've never prepared an elevator pitch or if your current pitch needs some work, join YNPN Atlanta as we show you how to "Perfect Your Elevator Pitch." Our guest speaker will be Sharon Brewer, Education Development and Business Communications Manager at the Alliance Theatre. Sharon will share best practices and tips on preparing effective elevator speeches. You will also have the opportunity to deliver your own elevator pitch and receive feedback from Sharon as well as other program participants. By the end of the program, you'll be well on your way to impressing your colleagues with a perfectly polished elevator pitch.
