  • Weekly transition classes

  • High School Scholars option with Camden County College
  • Specialized 18-21 transition concentration
    • Standard 9 Scholars program for college-bound students
    • Standard 9 Campus Experience program for college and career exploration
    • Standard 9 Cherry Hill for transition to employment and adult agency programs

State Agency updates for accessing DDD and other services for parents of students in Standard 9 and younger:

  • DDD
  • DCF/Children’s System of Care DVRS
  • SSA/SSI

Hosted by the Y.A.L.E. School Transition Team at the Y.A.L.E. School Cherry Hill campus All parents & guardians of current Y.A.L.E. School students are invited to attend. Please register to attend online no later than Wednesday, April 24th. Childcare will not be provided at this event; we kindly ask that only parents/guardians join us for these workshop sessions.

Workshop Option 1a – The College Vision (Gym)

 

Suggested for parents of students planning to attend college as their post-secondary goal.

Suggested for parents of students of all ages; provides important updates affecting individuals with disabilities under 18, approaching 18 or aging out of educational entitlement at 21.
