Presentation Overview

Welcome back to the 2015 Worksite Wellness Network! This year we have a lot of new things planned to take the WWN to the next level. We look forward to rolling out some of these new updates on February, 12th, so don't miss it!

Main Topic: Building Engagement by Enhancing Creativity
One of the primary goals of a business is building a team of ENGAGED employees. We’ve spent a lot of time on the topic of wellness in the workplace, but what role does creativity have in helping create a more engaged workforce? We will discuss the role of creativity in the workplace, and it’s not just for innovation, marketing, technology or other traditionally creative businesses or roles. Enhancing the creativity of your entire workplace could help boost employee engagement for every person and every business.

Speaker Bio: Brian Passon

Brian Passon is the President of Arch Health & Productivity, a consulting organization focused on helping organizations create impactful health & productivity initiatives tied to business culture & metrics. Brian works closely with his clients to develop programs based on VOI, Value of Investment. He believes that to change the culture of a workplace, programs must be focused on long-term objectives and be supported with the right infusion of strategy, science, creativity, accountability & “Edutainment”.

The WWN Mission:

Together we will inspire the evolution of healthier worksites & communities.

As employers continue incorporating wellness programs within their companies, often the responsibility is left to internal staff, who could benefit from a collaborative and local support group. That's why the Worksite Wellness Network (WWN) was formed!

In a setting designed to alleviate judgment and solicitation, you can openly reveal your hurdles, learn new strategies, including relevant research and share your successes.

Come join us on Thursday, February 12th, at 9:00am at the downtown Cambia/Regence building.

*Parking information is provided once you register.
