Add a free ticket to confirm your participation in the events of the sub change retreat, as outlined in the schedule below. You will need a separate “ticket” for the orientation, the dinner, the retreat, and your room reservation. Please do not make your own room reservations.

- Committee Orientation: 11:00am – 5:00pm (For new committee members; continuing members are welcome)
- Committee Dinner: 6:00pm – 8:00pm (The Restaurant on the Pomona campus)
Friday, October 10, 2014
- Committee Retreat: 8:30am – 3:00pm

If you need a room reservation, select a “free” ticket. If you need a reservation for nights other than Thursday, October 9, communicate this to me directly. Please do not make your own room reservations.
If you are flying, please plan to fly into Ontario International Airport, which is about 5 miles from the event center and hotel. The hotel provides a convenient shuttle to and from the airport.
The full retreat agenda and materials will be sent electronically prior to the retreat. Hard copies of the materials will be provided on-site as well.
All meals during the retreat hours, including lunch on Thursday, will be provided.
