How would you like to be part of a WORLD-WIDE event that’s going to make history and set a new Guinness World Record?
For one day the whole world is going to unite to do the most pull-ups at the same time during a 24 hour period.
There will be 300,000 expected participants all around the world…
There will be 3,000,000 expected pull-ups completed for the day…
The goal for each team’s location is to complete 500 pull-ups, but in a city as BIG as Chicago, I’m raising our goal to be 5,000
EVERY PULL-UP COUNTS…
I don’t care if you can do 1 or 100
All I care about is that YOU come and show some support
You do NOT have to do a max set of pull-ups
We will be using the “greasing the groove” method of doing pull-ups…
The method will allow you to perform a lot of pull-ups without getting burned out and too tired.
For example…. if your goal is to do 100 pull-ups then you can break them down into 20 sets of 5 pull-ups
This way you will do one set of 5 and get a break while the other participants do their set
I want to see at least 50 participants come and show support.
I will need ALL the help I can get so we can all accomplish the goal of 5,000 pull-ups
I don’t care if you can’t do a single pull-up….
Still come show support because you can still help
You can take pictures
You can take video
You can register the participants
You can be a judge
You can spread the word!
I know all of you know at least ONE person that loves pull-ups, so tell them about this AMAZING event!
Make sure you register here….. http://bit.ly/WorldPullUpDay

I have teamed up with my friend Kenneth True Howard and he’s allowing us to use his gym as an alternate location.
So in case you can’t make it to Harrison Park, then go to Anytime Fitness from 1pm to 6pm and do your pull-ups there: Address: 11033 W 179th St, Orland Park, Illinois
So there you have it…
1 goal…..5,000 pull-ups!
Can I count on YOU???
