When & Where
World Dance Fusion
World Dance Fusion’s mission is to promote cultural awareness through dance. Established in 2001 by Artistic Director Katy Alaniz Rous, the company pulls from the San Francisco Bay Area’s rich dance scene to create a diverse, inclusive community of dancers. Katy’s extensive travels abroad and throughout the United States have given her a unique perspective on the diversity and connection of people across cultures. World Dance Fusion encourages children, adults, dancers, non-dancers, and people of all heritages to experience authentic cultural dances forms, in the Bay Area and beyond.
